From the Egyptian pyramids to the lighthouse of Alexandria, ancient civilizations have created the "Seven Wonders of the World." However, none of these masterpieces of arts and sciences has survived intact.

Who built these monuments? For what purpose? What techniques were used? Can we rebuild them identically today?

In the footsteps of ancient travelers writers, the series travels through Africa, the Middle East and Europe to reveal the monuments that have changed the history of architecture. A lost heritage that comes to life through science and computer images.

The series wants to make captivating, informative and surprising the archaeological and historical investigation on the most mysterious of ancient heritage monuments.

From the Pyramids of Giza to the lighthouse of Alexandria, the documentaries take us into a Mediterranean odyssey. From Pharaonic Egypt to the Olympic Greece, the series searches for traces of buildings that amazed the ancient authors.
